Tanith McKenzie Ltd was formed in 2021 to provide the very best interior design and styling service. Based in Helston, Cornwall, we work with clients across the South-West, U.K. and overseas. Tanith gained experience initially working for some of the most sought after interior design studios in London, exclusively designing the interiors for high end developers & private clients.

DESIGN CONSULTATION
Interior Design
Offering a full turn key service, including procurement and project management, Tanith McKenzie Ltd provide a tailored, on hand approach to all projects. Whether you are renovating one room, converting 2/3 rooms into an open plan space or remodel your entire property, no project is too big or small.
Initial Design Meeting
This is the most important step in our collaboration. It is at this point the get to know you, how you live, work, what passions & visions you have for your home alongside any practical requirements.
Taking a close look at the architecture, lighting and existing craftsman ship, understanding your likes & dislikes. This free initial consultation we start to create your home.
Look & Feel
Following our initial meeting, it is time to bring to life your ideas through concepts, colours & materials.
At first looking at a broad look & feel for the project alongside any furniture plans.
This initial presentation is a collaboration of our initial design meeting and our expertise with time & space for design changes.
Developed Design
Once your are happy with the developed concept created, we agree on a budget and timeline.
Now allowing for a more detailed look into the design. Your look & feel presentation is developed, presenting key items of furniture while in turn looking at lighting plans, joinery design intents, architectural details & material finishes.
Sign Off & Procurement
Tanith McKenzie Ltd has a wide knowledge of both local, national and international suppliers. Whether it is bespoke, sustainable, historic there is no item that cannot be sourced.
All items are sourced in line with the style & budget or the project.
A sign off document is created and issued for you prior to any items being ordered on your behalf.
On Site Monitoring
Whether it is a small or large project, liaising with multiple contractors, arranging deliveries, organising returns or snagging can be time consuming and intimidating.
Tanith McKenzie Ltd take pride in their project management skills, issuing contractor timelines & programme of works with weekly site updates to you.
All deliveries are sent to a consolidation centre where they are quality checked, repackaged and brought to site, ready to be installed by Tanith McKenzie Ltd.
Handover & Close Out
The curtains are installed, mirrors & artwork hung and the project is ready to be handed over to you to enjoy.
An O&M manual is issued with all your product care instructions & warranty documents.
